"Alan met us at the property and showed us around. We even received an upgrade to deluxe cabin because it just happened to be available for our stay!! Fridge was stocked with a few cokes, beers, and wine complimentary. Kinda like they buy your first cocktail. The place is brand new unit as a rental. Well-appointed with new appliances, a/c units in each room, steps from the beach, amazingly cool shower with multiplesprayer heads. The road was a little bumpy but normal for this island. "When we arrived, there was no obvious office. Every obvious door was locked, and nobody was around. After walking all around the place, a cleaning lady met us and went to get somebody to help us. The restaurant was closed. The bar was closed. The pool was closed. The beach was closed. It was basically a box with a bed in it. I would very much like a refund. We left the place and went and got a real motel."
